Administrative Assistant / Facility Coordinator

Would you like to take your office skills out of the office and work in a beautiful, lush 7 acre property out in the country? Reporting directly to the Operations/Client Experience Manager, the Administrative Assistant/Facility Coordinator will help maintain the daily operations of a unique, one of a kind Neurofeedback Training Center.

Some of your responsibilities include:
Maintaining weekly client files and records
Preparing materials for the next client week
Inventory and Ordering of supplies, supplements, hardware, etc.
Assisting with travel arrangements and details
General tidying of the space throughout the day (very light)
Special projects or misc other details as they emerge

This position is 20 hours/ week with flexibility for the right candidate.
Options: 5 days/week a few hours a day, or perhaps 2 full days and one half day.

Proficient in Google Drive: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, etc.
Experience with administrative positions and organization 1-2 years
Experience in either a small office or retreat environment preferred but not required (we are a small team of 4ppl)

Hourly DOE $20-25/hr
Meals and coffee onsite while you are working are included (great perk!)
