Welcome to the Neurominer Dreamer training program! This is the hardest level of the 3 Neurominer levels. To insure that you get the most out of your training time, be sure you’ve improved in the Creator and Visionary programs first! On average, a full week in each of those will prepare you for the tough Dreamer training level. If you aren’t sure whether or not you’ve made progress in the Creator and Visionary training programs, go back to your Neurominer account page and look at your graphs to be sure they are sloping upward. That signals that you’ve been getting more and more accurate at counting and remembering the number of chimes.
During Creator training, you became familiar with focus and recall while your brainwaves were in an Alpha state. During Visionary training you worked on focus and recall while in the deeper Theta state. Now you’re going to take on the challenge of recall when you’re in the Delta state, which are associated with the unconscious mind.
- Deep, dreamless sleep
- Healing, often related to hormones and when human growth hormone is released
- Increased intuition
- Loss of body awareness
Those are some tough states to overcome as you work on your recall. Just remember, it’s the struggle that creates the increased ability for focus and recall, so don’t worry if your performance in Dreamer is significantly lower than it was in Creator or Visionary when you first start out!
As with all of the training you’ve done so far, be sure you’re getting enough quality sleep, that you’re eating for your brain (high quality fats!) and that you are consistently training.
On average, a full 30 days of consistent training will normally make a big difference in your creativity, memory, focus and recall.
