Billing & Refund Policy

Most of the programs we offer can be reserved with the payment of a deposit. The amount of the deposit may vary from program to program. The deposit is due immediately when you make your reservation for a program, and we will typically charge your credit card or debit your bank account (depending on how you elected to pay) immediately for the value of the deposit.

The balance of your payment for the program is due 45 days before the start date of the reservation for your attendance at our program, and we will send an invoice for the balance to the email address you provided when you made the reservation. You may click the link in the invoice to pay the balance due online with a credit card or “e-check” online check payment, You may also mail or express ship a physical check to us, however mail or shipping delays or a delay at your bank in processing your check may endanger your reservation for the program if the funds have not arrived in our account before the 45 day cut-off period.

If you are making a reservation for a program within 45 days of the start date of the program you may still complete your reservation with payment of a deposit, however we will invoice you immediately for the remaining balance and the remaining balance is immediately due.

You may cancel or reschedule your reservation at any time without penalty until 45 days before your scheduled program. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 45 days before your scheduled program (see Refunds below). If you cancel your attendance within 45 days of your scheduled program you will forfeit your entire fee unless we, in good faith, can find a replacement person for your place in the scheduled program. If we are able to find a replacement you will receive a credit for a future program.

If you cancel your attendance at a scheduled program more than 45 days in advance you will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit you paid when you made the reservation. You may:

  1. Apply the deposit against a reservation for a future program we offer; or
  2. Receive a refund via the same method you paid your deposit; or
  3. Receive a refund via check
