ABOUT

Why this exists.

A founder who needed it, a Chief of Neuroscience who measures it, and the people in the room with you all week.

Dave Asprey, founder of 40 Years of Zen

It started with a brain that wouldn’t cooperate.

Dave Asprey, the father of biohacking, founder of Bulletproof, New York Times bestselling author, and host of The Human Upgrade, didn't build 40 Years of Zen from theory. He built it from the years his own brain worked against him, and the more than $5 million and 40 years he invested upgrading his own biology.

Of everything he found, this work is what he calls the most impactful. He built 40 Years of Zen so the people around him could get in five days what took him decades. Roughly 1,400 people have, over the past ten years.

The people in the room with you.
